In this position you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our products to meet and excel targeted sales goals across the territory of Morocco. - Analyse, formulate, and implement Ansells end-user and distributors business to reach targeted revenue
- Identify new business opportunities to grow Ansells business
- Survey competitor activities in the market and develop appropriate strategies
- Prepare sales plans and goals
- Establish and maintain partnership with customers and colleagues
- Monitor performance of distribution partners to increase profitability
- Train distributor team in Ansell-specific knowledge and processes
- Guide distributors and end-users on new products, policies, and strategies, and create awareness of Ansells marketing and sales programs
- Develop sales plans, budgets, reports, and forecasts.
- Demonstrated selling and channel experience in consultative selling.
- Expert analytical skills in managing data across multiple sources.
- Budget and reporting experience.
- Know-how to solve complex product problems with clear solutions.
- Knowledge of distribution networks and previous PPE experience a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong end-users focus and customer centric approach.
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic languages (written and spoken).

- This role is home-office based and requires frequent domestic and occasional international travel (up to 75%).
