Real Estate Customer Advisor

Job Description:

As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Customer Advisor to join our team in Kenitra. You will play a key role in supporting our clients throughout their real estate journey — from the initial contact to the finalization of transactions.

Main Responsibilities:

Transaction Coordination (TC)

Oversee the entire contract process: drafting, signing, tracking, and archiving.

Review contract terms, identify risks, coordinate revisions across departments, monitor execution, and resolve potential issues.

Project Planning and Follow-up

Assist brokers in planning projects and setting clear timelines.

Coordinate teams and partners to ensure smooth progress.

Adjust schedules as needed based on unforeseen events and ensure deadlines are met.

Provide regular updates to clients.

Profile Sought:

Minimum of a two-year degree (Bac+2) in business, real estate, or customer relations

Experience in the real estate sector or customer service is an asset

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Strong listening skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, and team spirit

Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and basic digital skills

Good knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
