Role Overview:

As a Client Success Project Manager, you will lead implementation and post-go-live phases of LYSIs integration projects, ensuring each client achieves their desired outcomes. This hybrid role combines proactive customer success management with hands-on project leadership. Youll be the primary liaison between clients, technical teams, and partners, delivering projects on time while cultivating trust and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Ownership

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of integration and automation projects, from kickoff to delivery and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with solution architects, developers, and partner platforms (e.g., Celigo) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, track dependencies, and communicate status updates clearly and regularly.

Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business processes and success criteria.
  • Lead onboarding sessions, training, and regular check-ins to ensure solution adoption and client satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning integration outcomes with business growth.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, decisions, and client feedback.
  • Work closely with internal teams to translate client requirements into actionable development tasks.
  • Escalate risks and blockers proactively with recommended mitigation strategies.

Optimization & Support

  • Post-implementation, support clients with troubleshooting, updates, and performance enhancements.
  • Leverage client insights to contribute to LYSIs continuous improvement, including productised offerings and support models.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, client success, or delivery roles, ideally within SaaS, integration, or tech consulting.
  • Solid understanding of system integration, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset and comfort managing multiple client accounts.
  • Familiarity with tools like Celigo, HubSpot, Jira, or Monday.com is a plus.

Pay: 8,000.00DH - 12,000.00DH per month
