Role Overview

Were looking for a Mid to Senior Project Manager to join our Rabat team full-time. You will oversee the planning and execution of web design and development projects while coordinating internal teams and managing timelines to ensure our clients receive high-quality, on-brand digital products.

Experience in managing creative or web-related projects is a strong plus, but we welcome project managers with proven organizational and leadership skills who are eager to grow in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage multiple web projects simultaneously from kickoff to launch● Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics● Coordinate designers, developers, and content contributors to meet deadlines and expectations● Maintain proactive, professional communication with clients, most of whom are international● Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Asana) to track timelines, tasks, and progress● Lead internal meetings, assign tasks, and ensure alignment across teams● Identify potential risks, adjust plans when needed, and keep projects running smoothly● Ensure consistent quality and timely delivery across all stages of a project

Qualifications

● 3+ years of experience in project management● Strong organizational and communication skills● Strong command of English (spoken and written). This is required!● Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a deadline-driven environment● Familiarity with web project workflows and digital production is an advantage● Experience with project management platforms and tools● A proactive mindset, leadership qualities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams● A bachelors degree in Project Management, Business, Communication, or a related field preferred● Professional certifications (Agile, PMP, etc.) are a plus
