Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join Shimco Aero Morocco, located in MidParc, Casablanca. This role is critical to ensuring efficient and effective operations in a production facility. As Production Manager, you will lead a team, optimize workflows, manage production schedules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve the highest standards in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations in a high-precision CNC manufacturing environment, ensuring timely production of quality components, using your experience in organisation of team members and process optimisation.
• Utilize advanced ERP systems to set production schedules, monitor performance, and drive productivity improvements.
• Apply lean principles to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and optimize material usage.
• Use your mechanical expertise to troubleshoot equipment and tooling issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure the timely availability of materials and components.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
• Work with the President and CEO on all human resource issues, including new hires and promotions, union issues, training and employee satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in all aspects of the production process.
• Leverage strong computer skills to maintain accurate records in a paperless environment and analyze performance data.Lead the team to meet production goals under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years leading CNC production in a manufacturing environment.
• Aerospace manufacturing leadership experience (EN9100 background) is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Extensive experience with ERP systems for scheduling and performance tracking.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and workflow optimization.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and tooling issues.

Pay: 25.00DH - 35.00DH per hour
