Night Guard - Boutique Riad in Bab Doukkala, Marrakech

We are seeking a trustworthy, responsible, and discreet Night Guard to join our small team, a high-end boutique riad located in the heart of Bab Doukkala.

About the Role

As our Night Guard you will be the calm, watchful presence during the overnight hours, ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property. This is a key role in maintaining the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere our Riad is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain security of the riad from evening to early morning
• Late check in and early morning check outs as required
• Monitor entry points and ensure all gates and doors remain secure
• Provide discreet assistance to any guests who may need support during the night
• Respond to any emergencies or disturbances calmly and professionally
• Keep a basic log of overnight activity and report any incidents

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality security or a similar night guard role
• Reliable, alert, and able to remain awake throughout the shift
• Respectful, well-presented, and discreet with guests
• Basic communication skills in English and French
• Familiarity with the medina is an advantage
• English reading, writing and speaking essential

Hours: 6 nights per week, hours to be discussed.

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
