Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a Receptionist with experience in administration to join our team and support our daily operations in a professional and organized manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients at the front desk
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence
  • Create and manage invoices accurately
  • Assist in preparing and managing team schedules and planning
  • Maintain a clean and professional reception area
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
  • Solid knowledge of administrative procedures and office systems
  • Experience with invoice creation and basic accounting software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in english, and frensh
