We are looking for a Receptionist with experience in administration to join our team and support our daily operations in a professional and organized manner.
Location:marrakech medinaType: Full-timeExperience Required: Minimum 1 year in a receptionist or administrative role
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients at the front desk
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence
- Create and manage invoices accurately
- Assist in preparing and managing team schedules and planning
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Solid knowledge of administrative procedures and office systems
- Experience with invoice creation and basic accounting software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in english, and frensh
