For a service Assistance (Wegenwacht) service provider, we are looking for Dutch-speaking Inbound Service Employees. As an inbound customer service representative for a service assistance company, you will be responsible for answering questions and requests from customers who need help resolving problems with their product.. What you will do
- Taking incoming calls from customers and providing support in resolving problems with their product
- Listening to the customer, assessing their situation and providing them with relevant information about their coverage and what is possible to resolve their issue.
- Scheduling appointments for technical issues
- Following procedures and protocols to assist customers as efficiently and effectively as possible and handling escalations of problems as needed.
- Updating customer data in the system and ensuring accurate documentation of calls.
- Supporting other departments as needed to assist customers with their questions and issues.
- You will actively contribute to increasing customer satisfaction.
- You have a good level of Dutch, both oral and written. Fluency in English is also a requirement for this position;
- Experience in the insurance industry is desirable
- Service-oriented and highly accurate
- Eye for detail and spot even the smallest discrepancies and peculiarities
- Finally, you are enthusiastic, eager to learn, proactive, have good written and communication skills and are not easily distracted
- Diligence, punctuality, systematic and responsible approach
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (must)
